Founded in July 2020 and headquartered in Jiangbei District, Ningbo — one of the world's busiest port cities — Zhejiang Topfreight Forwarder Co., Ltd. is an integrated international freight forwarding and supply chain service provider with a registered capital of RMB 10 million.
We book directly with the major carriers on the east–west trunk lanes and intra-Asia services, and we work with a vetted overseas agent network covering more than 60 countries. That means one point of contact from the factory door to the final destination, with no gaps between the parties handling your cargo.
Beyond booking space, we invest in the details that decide whether a shipment actually arrives on time: document accuracy, customs release speed, container availability and honest milestone reporting. Every file is owned by a named operator, and every exception is escalated the same working day.

How We Work
Every file has one named operator who answers for it from booking to delivery. No anonymous ticket numbers, no passing the customer between desks.
All-in quotes wherever the trade allows it. Where a surcharge is unavoidable, it is explained before it is invoiced — not discovered afterwards.
Exceptions are escalated the same working day. If a vessel is rolled or a container is held, you hear it from us first — with the facts and the options.
